Hmmmm...I'm just very confused by this piece even with the Twins explanation it's very confusing. The way I want to interpret this is that the viewer is asking these two little cannibals, "don't forget about me" i.e. don't forget to eat me too after watching them consume a limb or something, 'cause that would be awesome.
